  Prescription refills are a problem. 48 hrs is the requested amount of time to call before needed. The voice mail states "do not leave additional calls." What is a person to do if the prescription is not taken care of in as many as 10 days? This has been my experience on multiple occasions If you see William Davis PMHNP, a perfectly capable man, who can write prescriptions, including Schedule ll meds, expect to get a second bill from Niaz Mohammad MD. Even if you NEVER see him. I'm told its because he supervises the clinic. With that type of rational I'm surprised I don't also get a bill from the president of Ascension Health. I have never received a separate bill at any other facility when seen by a NP or PA.

  Never left waiting long. Always have yet to have any of my calls or concerns or questions go left unanswered and I’m a very difficult person. Great full for their appointment reminder calls and texts. They are truly concerned for my mental stability and well being. Willing to work with getting family involved and learning how and what to watch for.
