- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although the doctors my son have seen have been great, it's unsettling when Laura, who works at front desk, is extremely rude. Front desk are the ones who make the first impression for the whole office. Not being greeted, being unfriendly/short, talking rudely about a patient to another employee, which was pretty clear, is extremely unprofessional and disturbing.
