- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible service!! We had been using hogan for yrs. When we had to switch (home bussiness reasons) i was very displeased. I canceled the insurance, paid the rest of the amount owed and thought everything was done deal. Well three months later i have a debt collector contacting me. They told me i never paid the amount due. Lucky for me i kept all receipts. I emailed them to the insurance company and they apologized and said evertyhing was set. One month later i recieve another letter saying i still have not paid the amcount owed, I called the insurance company AGAIN, and they did not once again have any documentation of me paying any amount owed. I again emailed her the receipts. They apologized. If would have not kept my receipts i would have owed evenmore money! Bad Bookkeeping! so glad i switched!December 02, 2016by A Google User
